Returns & Warranty
Speedview products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (6) months from the original date of purchase.
Speedview’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Redraven’s sole discretion.
Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processingor other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.
Damage resulting from use, accident, faulty or low power batteries, damaged parts or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Redraven assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product.
In no event shall Redraven, be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts or components. Since Speedview colour dyes may change in time and motor speeds may vary Redraven does not warranty this product against changes in colour or motor speed variations.
Because of possible user opening and closing errors, Speedview is not warranted against water leakage or any resulting damage. Please take proper care of Speedview as it is not a toy.
Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees. Warranty Returns Redraven will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty above. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with warranty returns, if a manufacturing or material fault is found Redraven will ship the part or product back to your address free of charge.
In the event that we can handle your warranty issue via email or over the phone and if we can determine that it would be easier for us to mail you a replacement part we may do so but solely at our own desecration.
Photos and or videos of the faulty product or part will need to be supplied along with a full written description of the issue.

Please be sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any warranty returns back as we’re often able to solve the problem over the phone or email.
Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to consumer.
It is important that you please communicate with us before sending in your return.
All warranty return requests or questions should be first emailed to email@example.com — we will make every effort tohelp you within 48 hours. You will usually here back from us much sooner than this as we will do our up most best to provide you with a fast and helpful service.
If your return qualifies for warranty coverage you must include your original receipt and a clearly written explanation of the problem. All product parts must be included with your return.
